Our Approach

We take the time to understand each family before making any introductions. We listen for the details that matter most, from schedules and routines to personality and communication style.

From there, we connect you with caregivers and home professionals who are aligned with your needs and your home environment. Our role is to make the process feel clear, supported, and intentional from the very beginning.

We specialize in three areas of support:

  • Flexible care for short-term needs like date nights, school breaks, and temporary coverage

  • Dedicated nanny placements for families seeking consistent, long-term support

  • Home organization and life design to help create systems that make daily life run more smoothly

About me

Hi, I’m Juliana. I live in Orange County with my husband Jake, our two-year-old daughter Vivienne, and our two dogs. Most weekends you can find us at the beach, going for walks, or hosting friends for dinner. I love entertaining, pilates and yoga, and creating a home that feels warm, relaxed, and welcoming.

Becoming a mother changed the way I think about so many things, especially childcare.

Finding someone to care for your child is not just about filling a role. It is about trust. It is about the feeling you get when the right person walks into your home and you know your child is in good hands.

I was incredibly lucky to find an exceptional nanny who quickly became part of our family. Through her, I was introduced to a trusted local community of caregivers that exists mostly through referrals and relationships. It felt like discovering something most families never get access to.

Around the same time, I realized something that had quietly been true for most of my life. I have always been a connector.

I have set people up on dates. I love love.
I have helped friends find their birthing teams, and I am also a doula because I care deeply about supporting moms during such an important and vulnerable time.
In my professional life, I have spent years helping people make the right introductions and build meaningful relationships that turn into long-term partnerships and careers.

It turns out that matching families with the right caregivers felt like the most natural extension of all of it.

Over the past few months, I started making introductions through our nanny’s network and quickly saw how much it mattered. Families were finding people they truly trusted. Caregivers were finding homes where they felt valued. And the matches were sticking.

That is how The Care Collective began.

What we believe

The right support changes everything
When the right person enters your home, daily life feels calmer, more manageable, and more supported.

Fit matters more than volume
We focus on a small number of thoughtful introductions, not endless profiles.

Relationships build trust
Our network grows through referrals, experience, and real community connections.

Care is personal
Every family is different. Every match should reflect that.
